How to use the Individual Camembert or Brie Cheese Baker
BAKED BRIE OR CAMEMBERT

Baked Brie or Camembert Cheese
1 - 8 oz. wheel of cheese w/ edible white casing intact
½c. sliced almonds; olive oil; garlic, salt & pepper
Place cheese in pottery baker. Sprinkle top w/ almonds, garlic , salt and pepper; Sprinkle with a small amount of extra virgin olive oil.
Bake @ 350º - 8-10 minutes until center feels soft. Serve warm with sliced apples, French bread or crackers
