Ikebana is flower arranging where the vessel and the flower are of equal importance, a concept that celebrates balance and harmony with nature.  Place pebbles in the bottom. Place a stem or blossom in the corner of the vessel.  Fill with water covering the rocks. The vessel can also be used to “force” bulbs such as paper whites for year-round beauty.
