Golden Crown

(aka Monkey Bread)

Baker

Handmade Pottery - stoneware & porcelain

Golden Crown, also called African coffee cake

or Monkey Bread - quick and easy fun!

Why “monkey bread”?

The bread resembles the monkey puzzle tree…

also the act of several people pulling at the bread is reminiscent of monkey behavior.
