Jim Young and Sarah Young are the founders of Van Hollow Pottery offering pottery classes and creating handmade stoneware. Van Hollow Pottery is located on the Van Hollow arm of scenic Beaver Lake in the Ozark Mountains of northwest Arkansas.

Jim is a master potter and teacher with over 38 years experience. Sarah's expertise is creating innovative surface designs on the pottery. Together they produce functional handmade pottery - high-fire stoneware and porcelain - for everyday use and unique gifts.

Jim also runs a teaching studio offering clay classes of all skill levels. learn all phases of handmade pottery ...pinch pots, coil pots, slab constructions, and wheel thrown pots. The studio offers a wide range of glazes and firing techniques including raku and high-fire reduction stoneware . Jim is an Artist listed in the Arkansas Arts in Educaation program and teaches a High School Seniors Intensive with the Benton County School of the Arts - High School Rogers, AR.
